Now the way society has conditioned us we automatically assume that’s with ‘the partner’. But that’s not what I’m talking about.  I'm talking about the relationship with yourself and all that matters to you.

"First and foremost I work with the relationship with yourself and who you are in the world."

This may be connected to a specific area of life, family, home, work, travel, purpose, well-being and so on.


Or it could be that you’re feeling a little confused and conflicted about something and need support to figure it out. You could be grieving a bereavement, the loss of a loved one. Suffering a break-up or loss of job. Perhaps you’re having difficulties in your relationships with others. It could be you've experienced a trauma you need to share.

 Maybe you experienced something a number of years ago and you now want to talk about it. I’m here to listen with both ears and the tool box to help you get through whatever struggle you might be experiencing. Possibly, you feel that you’re kind of ok, but know you’re not living life to the full. That you’re lacking in direction, have lost your motivation and feel stuck. If so, my coaching skills can help you get back on track and support you in fulfilling your potential.

I offer one to one sessions, couples counselling, family therapy and group counselling. 

The relationship you have with yourself is key to exploring who you are in your relationships with others.


As humans our connections to other people are a vital part of our happiness and well-being. Some are harmonious and some not so.


If the latter is true for you I can help you overcome conflict with your partner, family, friendships and others in your life. 

In modern society where families tend to be smaller than in the generations before us, and more people are living single lives, our friends become our chosen family.


They matter to us and sometimes we can get into sticky situations with them too. So I extend my ‘couples counselling’ to ‘friendship therapy’.


If you’re both willing to be brave and come to a session your friendship can deepen and find a way out of conflict. The same applies for couples and family therapy too of course.
